Working Bee Coordinator
Purpose
The Working Bee Coordinator helps keep our kindergarten maintained by organising volunteer rosters and coordinating families for regular working bees. This role develops the working bee schedule, supports participation, and attends each term’s working bees to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities

Send email reminders to families for working bee via StoryPark and WhatsApp

Set-up and manage online volunteer sign-up sheet [https://volunteersignup.org/]

Create list for tasks to be allocated to each person by liaising with President and Director

Be onsite to coordinate the 3 hour working bee 3-4 times per year

Order materials and rentals for working bee from kinder suppliers, liaise with bookkeeper

Raise Maintenance Requests with Bayside City Council in line with Lease Agreement

This position requires a Volunteer Working with Children's Check (WWC) and will be subject to a National Police Criminal History Check prior to appointment.
