Emily has been a teacher in early childhood settings both here in Australia and the United Kingdom for the past 19 years. Emily thrives on creating environments where children feel safe and supported to be leaders in every aspect of their learning and journey through kindergarten.

Clare has been educating children at HCK for 30 years. Clare originally applied for a role in 1994 from an advertisement in the Bayside Times. Her own children both attended kindergarten here.

Claudia has always had a love for working alongside children and parents - as a nanny in Australia & the United Kingdom and more recently as a postpartum doula. Her goal in life has always been to make people feel seen and heard - and she hopes to help the children in our care to find their own unique voice.

With a fine art degree that enriches her understanding of visual and tactile learning, Beti creates engaging and imaginative experiences for young learners. Her proficiency in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and Ethiopian heritage further enhances her ability to connect with children of diverse backgrounds and needs, fostering inclusivity and effective communication in the classroom.

Andrea began working in childcare after leaving school (when television was still in black and white) and has been at Hampton Community Kindergarten since January 2003. Andrea loves the sense of fulfilment, honesty and humour children bring into her life.

Kate has been working in sessional kindergartens since 2011, with experience in both the three and four year old programs. Kate joined Hampton Community Kindergarten in 2019.
