Free Kindergarten
Funding
​Hampton Community Kindergarten participates in the free kinder program, allowing families to access these 15 hours over two days per week at no cost.
​
Free kindergarten can only be accessed at one service, and families must sign a form confirming their child is enrolled in the funded kindergarten program at our kindergarten.
​
Funding for free kinder is paid directly to kindergarten services and is not eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, which applies to Long Day Care providers.​
Optional Additional
4yr Kinder Day
Families can enrol in an extra day of four-year-old kinder on Fridays at an additional cost. The extra day of Kinder is not subsidised by the government and costs $850 per term.
