Secretary
Purpose
The Secretary role involves preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining accurate records and supporting key administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
-
Approved Provider and Person with Management and Control of a service

Attends Committee meetings and take minutes of the meeting
-
Keep a register of minutes from Committee of Management meetings and subcommittee meetings.

Keeps register of members of the association
-
Produce contact lists
-
Assist with obtaining police checks, working with children checks, and credit checks (if required) for committee and staff

Filing
-
Distribute agenda for Committee meeting

Voting rights on committee

Contact for Consumer Affairs

This position requires a Volunteer Working with Children's Check (WWC) and will be subject to a National Police Criminal History Check prior to appointment.
