Fundraising Officer
Purpose
The Fundraising Officer leads the planning and delivery of fundraising activities for the kindergarten. This role identifies opportunities and inspires participation from families and local partners.

Responsibilities

Attend Committee meetings

Identify fundraising opportunities
-
Plan fundraising activities
-
Liaise with relevant vendors for fundraising

Liaise with Social Reps for fundraising opportunities associated with events
-
Coordination of major fundraising activities such as Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
-
Create briefs on fundraising results for Treasurer and Marketing and Comms Officer
-
Coordinate electronic payment facilities such as Tyro
-
Provide a report to the Committee at monthly meeting on fundraising activities
-
Required to work with a budget when purchasing items for fundraising

This position requires a Volunteer Working with Children's Check (WWC) and will be subject to a National Police Criminal History Check prior to appointment.
